Hit-A-Thon on April 9th!

The 1st Annual VLL Hit-A-Thon will take place on Saturday, April 9th.

All Players Registered with Vista Little League are eligible and highly encouraged to participate. No donations necessary.

We are hoping that every player will come out and bring their bats to this incredibly fun event. Times will be posted on the website and your managers and team parents will receive the schedule as well. Please arrive 30 minutes before your team's scheduled time to sign in and warm up.Teams are asked to collect donations towards prizes. Team parents have details. If you have a bigger prize donation please let us know by replying to this email. Yes, it's a fundraiser, but we are far more interested in the "fun" element. 

Participants will receive tickets for a chance to win the prizes donated by teams and provided by the league. The winners will be announced in an email and be ready for pick up April 15 and 16 at the fields. Rules will be posted on the website and team parents will receive a copy as well. All prize donations need to be received by April 8.This is a fun, community celebration day, which will feature a DJ, special food, and other fun activities. Please check the website for games scheduled for the Hit-A-Thon day, they have been rescheduled. 

Money raised from the Hit-A-Thon will go towards operation costs, field maintenance, and equipment upgrades. 

We would also like to use some of these funds raised for an area at Optimist to honor the Stonebrooke fields. If you would like to be on a committee that is working on this project please contact Eli Deruyter at [email protected]
