Final Age Verification and Residency Check: Our final verification event will be this Saturday, Jan. 11th, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the boardroom at Vista Little League. If you haven’t completed this yet, all VLL registered players must be verified by this weekend. Any player not verified may be dropped from the season. Please bring:        1.  Your player’s original birth certificate and a school verification form OR        2.  Your player’s original birth certificate and one document from each of the three categories found HERE. If your child attends a school within VLL’s boundaries, we highly recommend using the school verification form. You can print it HERE and have it signed by the principal. For players league age 7 and under: Only an original birth certificate is needed, as residency requirements don’t apply for these age groups. You can verify your player’s league age with the Little League Age chart. To save a trip, you can scan and email the birth certificate for players age 7 and under to [email protected]. Assessments: Assessments for AA and above are mandatory. After verification day, we will send a Sign-Up Genius link to register for your child’s assessment based on their league age. Please ensure your registration dues are paid before assessments. Assessment dates: Intermediate:  Friday, Jan. 17th at Vista Little League Fields AAA and Majors:  Saturday, Jan. 18th at Vista Little League Fields AA:  Saturday, Jan. 25th at Big Fly Athletics Reminder: If your child (ages 8-10) isn’t drafted into Majors or AAA, they must attend the AA assessments for a further evaluation with the AA Managers.
