Spectator Protocol (Failure to follow this protocol will result in game stoppage/cancellation)
Optimist Fields
Masks shall be worn at all times in attendance (except when eating or drinking)
Social distancing (6 feet) measures shall be in place at all times
Adherence to ALL county and state Youth Sports Guidelines is required
Anyone who exhibits any illness symptoms will not be permitted at any events
No spectators allowed in the Cages/Bullpen area
Players, families and spectators are instructed NOT to show up to fields more than 40 minutes before game time.
If there is a game prior to your event, families and spectators are encouraged to stay in their vehicles or at recommended social distances until the start of their game to prevent overcrowding of spectator spaces and walkways.
Spectators should bring their own seating when possible. Limited seating will be available in the bleachers
Players, managers, coaches and spectators should vacate the field/facility as soon as reasonably possible after the conclusion of the games to minimize unnecessary contact, ideally within 30 minutes.
Stonebrooke Fields

Masks are not required if practicing social distancing (6 feet) while on the field
Maximum of 1 Manager and 4 coaches at each practice
Players and coaches will be required to wear mask/gaiter while in the dugout and at any time social distancing cannot be achieved
No food, seeds, gum or spitting
